Pobyt świetny, hotel kameralny, blisko centrum. Nieprzyjemna sytuacja pod koniec pobytu i nieporozumienia wynikające z zachowania jednej z Pan recepcjonistek. Poza tym obsługa super profesjonalna.

Allt var bra förutom sängarna som var för hårda

Recepcja jest dla mnie "twarzą" hotelu . To z tym i wyłącznie z tym zespołem mam do czynienia w hotelu. A w hotelu Sadova na Łąkowej odniosłam wrażenie , ze nie jestem mile widziana, nie czułam się "gościem" tylko "intruzem" )"obłożeniem"), który powinien być wdzięczny, że w ogóle pozwolono mu na nocleg w "taaakim" hotelu, i że mam za wysokie wymagania co do działania urządzeń i co do jakości obsługi. Zalecam dużo uśmiechu i dużo szkoleń z komunikacji dla recepcji i podstaw usług hotelowych. Wszystko można poprawić, jak się chce, a chyba warto...

Generalnie hotel jest OK. Czasami rezerwacja jest dość irytująca ale wynika to prawdopodobnie z Państwa procedur.

Przyjechałam na kurs, hotel znałam już wcześniej. Miałam pecha, bo akurat tego wieczoru w restauracji odbywała się impreza. Przez pół nocy głośna muzyka... Na piętrze dużo młodzieży, w pokoju obok impreza. próbowałam dodzwonić się w nocy do recepcji - bezskutecznie. Gdyby zameldowano mnie na innym piętrze, nie razem z imprezującymi gośćmi, chyba byłoby lepiej. Do Gdańska będę wracać, czy do Hotelu Sadova - nie jestem przekonana.

Wer auf einen gehobenen Standard nicht verzichten möchte kommt in dem Hotel auf seine Kosten. Wir kommen wieder.

Topp hotell for en weekend i Gdansk

Very good. We had a lovely time. We didn't manage to use the pool which was a shame. The room was comfortable and spacious (we were asked if we wanted to upgrade at check-in). The lobby bar was comfortable. Overall the hotel is beautifully designed. However, we were surprised that there was no safe in the room, the fridge was not plugged in and there really only just enough storage space for 2 adults on a 4-night stay. We ate in the hotel restaurant on our first evening and I must let you know that the food was absolutely dreadful. We both had the burger which just tasted of salt and crumbled to pieces when you tried to bite into it. We did mention this to the waitress who said she would tell the chef and asked if we would like something else but as this was at the end of the meal when she was clearing the tables we declined. Also, I do understand up-selling (as with asking us if we wanted to change our room to a larger one) but when I order a bottle of wine for 70 zloty I don't expect to have an alternative wine suggested which was about 175 zloty.
